During your pregnancy massage, Penny will help you relax your stresses, alleviating your ailments. Things to remember: No massage in the first trimester unless your doctor has okayed it. I can give you a Bowen treatment in the first trimester please if you need anything give me a call Bowen can help with morning sickness, lower back pain breast tenderness ect. Your massage will be not as deep as your muscles and ligaments are softening.
