Your massage is tailored to your requirements. Penny will discuss and assess your needs at the time of your treatment and may use various techniques and pressures to provide the best outcome for you. Your massage may be as gentle as a relaxing therapeutic massage to a firm or deep tissue treatment, sports or remedial massage treatment. Our methods include muscle release stretches to help remedy painful, stiff muscles and to help improve flexibility. Heat packs may be used in some treatments to relax stiffness & stressed muscles, so 1 hour and 1 ½ hour sessions are available.
